This program covers the electrical requirements from power sources to circuits, RHVAC equipment and systems, ductwork, fabrication, installation, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting of equipment and accessory parts.

NCST's focused program puts you AC Technology to work on standard equipment in our HVAC lab, like:

• Walk in Coolers and Freezers
• Commercial Reach in Coolers and Freezers
• Ice Making Machines
• Central A/C Units
• Heat Pumps
• Standard and High Efficiency Furnaces
• 2 Stage and Modulating Furnaces
• Oil and Electrical Furnaces
• Sheet Metal Brakes, Shears, and Roll Formers

This program awards an Associate in Specialized Science degree and can be completed in 60 weeks.

Upon finishing our degree program, you will be trained for a position as an entry level air conditioning service person and installer, building maintenance technician refrigeration technician, sheet metal installer and air conditioning and heating salesman. 

Once you’re trained and ready to start hunting for a job, our job placement assistance program will show you exactly what Youngstown-Warren-Boardman Ohio-Pennsylvania area employers are looking for in new hires.
